Knowledge Angels xMEDs mission is to develop healthcare solutions for extreme, remote and rapidly changing environments such as disaster zones, space missions and underserved regions. The objectives include the development of lightweight, modular and resilient medical systems that can be rapidly deployed and adapted to different conditions. The initiative is also exploring the use of new technologies such as self-healing materials, telemedicine and autonomous systems to increase the reach and sustainability of medical care.

To meet this challenge, we are bringing together stakeholders, mentors, companies and students from around the world, combining different disciplines, perspectives and skills.
